New First lady gives Egypt presidency a new look

Hello everyone,
I'd like to share with you a story I wrote about Egypt's new first lady, who comes as a stark opposite to the former ones. Here in Egypt, the elite and the higher middle class are not happy with the way she dresses and the fact that she does not have a university degree. They wonder how can represent Egypt diplomatically and receive presidents and ministers and their spouses. On the other other hand, lower middle class and the working class believe that the new first lady and her husband, the new president Mohammed Morsi, are part of the change people sought through the revolution. They resemble the people, they look like many Egyptians, especially those outside the capital.

Would be happy if you read it here http://egyjourno.blogspot.de/2012/07/egypts-new-first-lady-defies-mould....
and hear your comments.
