Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
I have been eager to join World Pulse ever since I heard of this from my friend Stella Paul who is a VoF correspondent. I have found it very exciting to hear of the global network of women and the great support that they provide to each other. I hope I will also be able to connect with many here.

I grew up in a village, in a farming family. My father died when I was a child and my maternal uncle took away all our land. So, for me and mother, it has been a long, hard struggle of survival.
However, it also made me tough and determined. I was able to complete studies and become a journalist in a TV station. My struggle, however, is still continuing because, I am still fighting the case against my uncle to get back the land.

I firmly believe that there is nothing that women can't do and there is no field where women are inferior to men.

My Passions:
People, farming, current affairs
