How do you know you have Ego?
We all have Ego. It is not the general definition that you are just prideful. Although
that can be an aspect. We were not born with Ego. Ego is developed over time as
we feel unsafe, unloved, unrecognized, and neglected to name a few characteristics.
Ego is built to protect our 'heart' from pain. If you have any of these feelings or
emotions, this is Ego. And it is non negotiable.
~stress, anxiety, fear, worry
~loss, loneliness, isolation
~insecurity, resistance, sadness
~pain, suffocation, confusion, unsatisfied, perfection
~addiction, obsession, jealousy, envy
~depression, not trusting, jaded, separateness
~non-motivated, competitive, agressive, controlling, manipulation
~drama, fighting, unworthy, not valuable
~suicidal, chronic illness, no desire, argumentative, rigid, bitter, self righteousness,
abuse, poverty consciousness
As you see the list can go on and on. Many of these emotions are resulting from
physical imbalances in the body too. Which with proper diagnosis can be brought
back into balance. The Ego can cause many health imbalances which causes
