What is your Higher Self?

Your Higher Self is your Eternal You. The One who lives on when this body stops working.
It is your Ultimate version of you. The Spirit you came with when you were born into
your body. It is your Angel version of you. But, if your Ego is controlling your life,
Your Higher Self only gets moments to breathe, be expressed and enjoy this planet
with love. Ego is not present when your Higher Self is present. Just as you have
many aspects of your Ego, you also have many aspects to your Higher Self.
Here are some aspects of when your Higher Self is present and you are allowing your God/Source Energy flowing through you:
When you AUTHENTICALLY:
~Are fully expressed in any creative medium where you Lose Yourself completly
~When you are fully enthralled, engrossed and mesmerized by something.
~When you are in child-like wonder studying something in curiosity and finding excitement in it
~When you handle a serious situation with grace and peace and resolve matters for all involved to the highest good of everyone
~When you selflessly are involved in helping, serving or providing support to someone or a group without any concern of recognition, pay back or acknowledgment
~When you can see the inner child in all people, and speak to their Higher Selves regardless
~When you see Ego trying to intervene and there is no space for it, so it dissolves
~When you rise above your normal operation and give all of your talents and abilities to make an impact in a positive way, not concerned of being noticed or self image
~When your expression is fully released in any area of your life and you find freedom and power in it, and want to share it. There is no insecurity about your expression.
~Not ashamed to be beautiful, vibrant and full of joy
These are just a few. People are concerned that being in their Higher Self is too tall of an order. It is too holy or sacred, and there is no way they can maintain it for long. Not true. These moments listed above, we all have had. Imagine having more of these moments. Imagine these moments becoming days, months and years. Imagine the life you would have? You can have it. The Ego has to be broken. It has to surrender.
Breaking the Ego comes with acknowledgment of your past life journey; forgiveness of your past in all aspects and a re-programming of your view or perspective to see the growth (not the pain) as you begin the process of releasing your Ego. Your Ego will fight, and you may get symptoms like you are dying, or have a threat to your life or health. Your Ego is trying to survive.
To experience Life on Earth as you have Always Dreamed you have to start over essentially from all of the programming from your current life. Your influences from Media, parents, religion, fear mongering, society and culture, etc. You did not come to this Earth ill prepared, and you have everything you need Within You to deconstruct your Ego. But you have to want a better life bad enough. You have to fight for yourself, because if you don't, who will?
