congratulations!!

Hi Everyone,

I just want to congratulate Hummingbird, Congoleezza and Stella for being chosen to go on the tour! You guys are incredibly lucky! I'm guessing that each one of us wishes we are going with you (I say that with a tinge of envy!!), but I think you are representing all of us who are working so hard to get our messages out. As you three tell your stories, your voices will become one speaking on behalf of all the women around the world who have not yet found their own voices. With this message, I send to you a lot of love and a ton of best wishes. I know you will make us all proud!!

Much love,
Noreen

Dear Sisters, I have no doubt

Dear Sisters,

I have no doubt in my mind that you all deserve the awards. Stella do you remember the following statement from you on my journal: "If I ever were to carry a little book title 'my heroes', your name would be on its very first page! Pen on!" I think you deserve to be the little book that is easy to carry and handy in expressing the powerful voices of women.

Much appreciation of our friendship on Pulsewire I look forward to the day when World Pulse will be in a position to bring us all together to hug and hold hand and see face to face.

Congratulations to all of you.

Dear Noreens, Sis Amie and all

Thanks Noreen for this thoughtful post and a hearty congratulations to the 3 ladies chosen to represent us all. I remember reading Congoleeza's feature story on rape and all I could say was how brave she is to tackle such a difficult issue in such an unstable environment. Sis Amie, I agree, Stella is my heroine too. Never met anyone with such a unique way of telling stories.

Take care ladies and for the 3 going on tour my single request is do not just leave your mark on the US, leave a whole dent!!!

Best,

MaDube

You are wonderfully biased :)

Dear Rumbi

Like all sisters, you are seeing more in me than what I see in myself. This can be either love, or bias, depending on where one stands. From where I stand, its the key to my success coz I have heard too many words of criticism before I came to World Pulse and to you. So, its these words that restored me when I was broken.

I have nothing new to say today. Its the old line that I can repeat: getting to know you and having this bond is my greatest reward. I will not forget that even for a second and I won't be ashamed of shouting this from the roof all through the tour, whenever that happens.

Love!

Will say it again and again

Dear Amie, my sister

I will never get tired of saying this line: you are my hero and your friendship is the greatest thing that I got out of this VoF program. Its this friendship that gave me strength and its this friendship that will continue long after the speaking tour gets over. So, pen on sister and we will continue to be as close and united as we have been till now.

Many hugs!

Grateful, Noreen

Dear Noreen

I feel a little overwhelmed by the support you have given. So, let me just say one thing: I will try to speak for each one of us and share the stories and vision shared here by all of you. Because these are the very stories and vision that expanded my own knowledge and my horizon.

Love you a lot!
