Introducing myself and my journal: Alor Pathe

About Me:
A development specialist in the learning and education domain, I have personally experienced and promoted the knowledge that people are the key resources of any organization and their growth is central to its success, I’m dedicated in using my operations and people management learning to focus on various development projects. I’m currently engaged with several corporate houses to innovate schemes for nurturing not only the employees but all related stakeholders effecting their well-being. To do this effectively, I’ve networked with several grassroots NGOs and corporate CSR practices along with leading learning initiatives at both corporate and NGO level. I'm currently helping set up a charitable foundation for a corporate house, teaching service management at a reputed hospitality academy and participating in anti-trafficking and livelihood building projects.

I possess an accumulated experience of more than twenty one years focused chiefly on the building and management of vocational and higher education concepts in a diverse customer focused climate.
