The retreat will be 3 nights & 4 days of self-empowerment, fun, and of course relaxation. Imagine starting your day with yoga near the crystal blue ocean, then snorkeling with sea turtles, a fresh seafood lunch, a deep tissue massage, meditation, and sipping red wine after dinner. The retreat is all inclusive: 3 nights/4 days in a private villa for 4 ladies, adventure activities, dance classes, yoga, food, and cocktails for only 975USD! All the activities are optional.
The Plametto Bay Plantation is a luxurious Eco-Resort and has many wonders to offer its guests. In addition, Roatan Island Honduras is an adventure traveler's paradise in the Caribbean. Roatan Island has blue skies, sun drenched clear turquoise water, and year round temperatures in the high 70s and low 80s. Roatan Island lies 30 miles off the north coast of Honduras and is 33 miles long and 4 miles wide. Empower Yourself Women’s Retreats can easily accommodate an extended stay either before or after the International Women’s Retreat, to visit the caves of Helen, or Jonesville and the mangrove tunnels, and/or tour to the Iguana Farm near French Key belonging to islander Sherman Archer where you can see more than 2,700 iguanas of many varieties.
