Dear , Law already s strict

Dear ,
Law already s strict in India for such types of crime but the procedure is not better . everything s depend on witnesses .. as usual witness may not right all times.
Police does not want to do more in same cases because of the positions of land lord.

Finally, In my opinion Crime always has a chain.

The big problem is that community talk about theses issues but they don want to do something for it.
Government should make committed societies, organisations at each level for the womens empowerment .
