This is an important issue. Can you share more information? Are there specific programs that have failed to do so, and are there ones that have succeeded? Who is receiving the aid, and how do they decide to spend it? How could India increase accountability?

Hello Dear,
yes sure , It is a big and important issue .. We heard and red about the financial aid for women empowerment but the truth is that most and most of the womens do not get any financial aid from the govt while they need it seriously.
There is no certain information provided to the women.. when i visited villages or slums i saw women girls that need security and to be independent but where they go to get all these things , who tell them yes there is a help for you.
Aids do not distributed honestly ..
