Yes Olutosin, that's it!! I've seen so many actions and projects that do not use this perspective, that all efforts and resources spent don't achieve helping and they get lost.
Many people work in the surface, you can not help if you do not work from the real need of what you are wanting to help.
Many have the wrong perspective of what is good for that community or that problem.
What messes up is that the idea they got is good: an example: want to bring water to a town or village, I build a well with electric engine.... brrr and there is no electricity there...
Well, that's one of my specialities a good Diagnosis with and efficient solution for those we want to help.
