Introducing myself and my journal

My Passions:
the moon, discovering the feminine side of everything, coffee, travelling, beauty, creating with my hands, music and books, dreams, snow, the touch of a wild animal

My Challenges:
investigating a heartfelt topic scientifically, having faith in my intuition, speaking my truth as well as I can listen deeply, how to serve my ancient soul in this modern world, being separated from nature

My Vision for the Future:
to raise consciousness for the interconnectedness- for the web of life, more love and appreciation, more trust and community, children with roots

My Areas of Expertise:
psychology & sustainability

Mentor-ship

Happy new year, Dream with the moon!

My name is Beatrice, one of the three speaking tour award winners of World Pulse in 2011.
I hereby introduce you to the new project I am working on here in Uganda; Rural Girl Child Mentor-ship Uganda. Pairing Uganda girls with mentors from across the globe. Please take time to read more about this project and also read and hear personal stories from each girl; http://www.worldpulse.com/node/48236
I hope this is in line with your vision of discovering the feminine side of everything.

If you know any body who can join me in this mission, please share with them.

Hoping to hear from you.

I believe everybody has the potential to live a better life. Given the Opportunity, Education and Motivation ANYONE can become someone admirable. Nobody is a NOBODY, everybody is SOMEBODY.

Amazing Project!

Dear Beatrice,

I love your project!!! It resonates with me very much!
I am a PhD student and don't have so much money myself but I am very willing to see whether I can gather it with the help of family and friends. How much would a support for a girl be per year or month?

I admire your idea, motivation and strength- thank you for doing this work....

Hope to hear from you soon!

Blessings,

Jana

Thank you Jana

I truly appreciate your courage to join us in this project.
For a moderate day school, there are girls who will need $100, those are girls joining High school - O level (from form one to form four). The ones in A- Level (form five to form six) need $150. A boarding school costs $188.
This is NOT monthly, it is for THREE months in school. You only need to pay another installment after the three months.

Is this helpful?

Please email me at biitry@gmail.com if you have more questions.

Kindly,
Beatrice
