My reflective questions

1. Were you nervous before your interview? If so, tell us how you overcame your fears. If not, tell us the source of your confidence?
A. To be sincere enough. Ya I was a bit nervous. The reason was when I walked into that interview, I wanted that powerful women to tell me everything interesting that had ever happened to her. But, I was nervous like how could I get her started, what questions to ask and see what exciting ever happened to her job?
2. What did you do really well during your interview?
A.My instinct. I kept chattering and asking questions to kept her feeling comfortable. But I sat quietly to see what comes next and tried to capture her reaction. I was amazed how often this technique yields powerful results.
3. What do you want to work on improving for next time?
A. What I learnt was not to have a delayed approach to review your notes. We should go over them right away, while everything is fresh in our mind and to review and observe my observations.
