Reflection questions on the interview

1.Were you nervous before your interview? If so, tell us how you overcame your fears. If not, tell us the source of your confidence.

I wasn’t nervous because I know the interviewee very well, but maybe it felt a little awkward at the beginning to do an interview with her.

2.What did you do really well during your interview?

I think the flow of questions went really good. It was good to prepare guiding questions before the interview, but it was important also to be flexible and allow space for improvisation.

3.What do you want to work on improving for next time?

Maybe having more in-depth interviews and allowing more time to dig deeper
