"This is My Bad Moment, Not my Bad Life".

Waiting for you to make them Lemonade...

Some years ago, I found myself in a terrible situation. I didn’t have a work, I didn’t have a house, I was far away from any friend or relative could help me, and I was close to live in the street. It was a limit situation where my strength and abilities to find a solution and resist the bad moments were tested hardly.

When you’re passing through such stressed situation, the most of the times, during those moments when you cry alone feeling miserable and thinking how terrible is the experience, you remember other painful situations; it seems one suffering call the other so at the end of the day you feel with a big burden to carry for and you will never come out from that.

But life is a travel and we‘re passengers, so everything happening is transitory. Some people enjoy a lot, even when they don’t notice, keep stuck to their pain. Instead to use the lemons to make lemonade, they keep one day and other spreading the juice in their eyes.

Think about it: Humans are creative, as the same we create thoughts to remain stuck to our pain, we can create new thinking to help us to go over it. Everyone has a different time and way to face bad moments and starting to work in the solution, but think about it, life is short and we are here for happiness, satisfaction and joy: your attitude towards that situations you consider “bad fade” is essential in the process is essential for going out of it and open new doors to successful experiences.

Healing is a creative process. You know no matter how cloudy or rainy could be the day, the sun rise every day, we always has light even in the darkness. Is important to pay attention to the wisdom of nature, cause light is always there. Same about pain.

Suffering is a dark hole when we fall during life, no matter if we want it or not, no matter if we search it or not, no matter if is our fault or not. Suffering, and people ready to make you suffer, are always there. But so the light, your light. That "divine" part of your soul that human actions can`t take from you. If you decide coming out from ashes, you will find the way, the same the sun find its way to brings us light even in winter. If we know the light is there, we have the 50% of our problem solved. The rest if be creative enough to go over this.

Don't think you need so much , I am not talking about money or institutional solutions, even when that help a lot. But no one can make you happy if you don’t have a happiness- orientation. Happiness is a way of facing life, not a box full of presents at the end of the way. One idea that helped me in my worse moments is a statement that says: "This is My Bad Moment, Not my Bad Life". I didn’t accept my bad fade as a law, as the way my life must develop just because there’s something divine and transcendent in me and, even when sometimes I feel miserable, that doesn’t mean I deserve to live my life feeling and thinking about myself like that.

So, don’t feed your inner troll. Stop to spread the juice in your eyes and start to plan how to make the sweetest lemonade with that bad situation. Forgive yourself if you think it was your fault; If you can spend two months complaining for something, I am sure you can do it for 3 weeks, and for 2 or just one. As the same you plan your time to clean the house, exercising, studying and go to the market, you can also plan your “suffering schedule”. Our positive and creative attitude towards problems is not something just happens, is an area of life we have to focus on, building, discovering cause there’s no time to lose and for me perhaps time is not money but clearly is joy!! Now,enjoy this song

True!

Yes! If life hands you a lemon, make lemonade. I always liked the thought and believed in it. In fact I think women learn to make lemonade rather fast. Also, difficulty, no matter how unwanted, makes one really strong.

Thanks for the post!
