Covering the distance to discover, learn, fun and retrieve...
Travelling has become my passion, my motivator, my energizer and my tutor. After four hours, I am leaving for a four nights five days tour to hydro-power sites Kulekhani I and Kulekhani III and then to a landfill site at Pokhara, city of lakes. We are going there to conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of those projects. The academic research objective of this field visit is to identify, predict and analyse the impact on social, demographic, cultural, institutional, gender and health of the community people.
In addition to this, I have a personal agenda too and that is to access myself over the past four years when I joined Bachelors in development studies as this officially the final field tour conducted by the college for our batch. It is through those travels to different nook and corner of my country I am grooming into a fine women. My insights towards life has changed and my vision cleared to some extent. Learn, Fun and Retrieve. Lets see how far I get ...hopeful that I will discover something new about myself from this travel...
Since I'll be out of valley where access to internet is not quite feasible I'll miss reading the wonderful thoughts and posts by my friends here in worldpulse... I will be back with a story to share and eagerness for stories to hear...
