I am Roomana Lakho from Pakistan MBA Qualified from SZABIST institute. Every person has a personal philosophy, my personal vision in my life is, focusing on accomplishing through diligence, hard work and relentless strive for excellence in every thing to be financially independent helping others and fulfill my parent’s expectations. I am passionate about helping other, as I am working currently with NGO Social Development organization who’s mainly work helping others, Woking on different projects, when I was younger, I have taken pleasure in helping my mom in householders repairs. As I grew older, the passion about helping others grew with my age I much loved to help others as well, during my school and college life I used to help my friends in studies I like helping people find solutions that meet their specific need. When I was doing my BBA the research project I worked on Title: “WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP “because I am passionate to know about those who got suucees in their life, I am a change maker I believe in change and raising voice against women issues.

I am passionate to know about different culture, as I have been participant of peace and youth cooperation 4th and 5th regional dialogue arranged by BARGAD organization, during this dialogue i learnt a lot about different culture, the participants was from all over Pakistan and India as well, it was great time for me to meet with different people specially from India.

I spent my time reading different novels my most favorite novel the Al chemist as the alchemist himself says, when he appears to Santiago in the form of an old king "when you really want something to happen, the whole universe conspires so that your wish comes true".

I spent my time on research, as I am doing research on ISLAMIC MICROFINANCE IN POVERTY ALLIVIATION.I also spent my time with my family and friends because I know the values of social life as wel, Most of the time I communicate with my friends on internet and text msgs.

I am passionate about making a difference. When I'm involved with a project at work I want to do my best to achieve success. I feel the same way about what I do in my personal life.
