I Am

I am the space between you and me
I am you
I am me
I am the silence between every flickering of a flame
I am the flame
I am the stillness between every breath
I am breath
I am the pause of the ever moving ocean
after it has pushed its way onto the sand
before it returns to the sea
I am the ocean
I am each wave
I am the moment between sleep and wake
I am slumber
I am awake
I am movement
I am stillness
I am the wisdom of all the ages
and I am innocence
because in every moment
I am reborn
I am all-knowing
I am unknowing
I am the eternity that passes between each second that passes
I am time
and I am timeless
I am what I see in the moment my eyelids close to blink
I am infinite
I am finite
I am a drop of water in the ocean
I am the ocean in a drop of water
I am the light that takes away the darkness
I am darkness
I am the sun shining
I am each ray of sunlight
I am between each ray of sunlight
therefore I am everywhere
and I am nowhere
I am you
I am me
I am the space between you and me
