My Article

I was born in village of Pakistan Named Dadu and I got my primary and secondary education in public girl’s School we were about 60 to 65 girls in class room, but from these all girls only me and two other girls get chance to get higher education, and all other my class mate get married after school and some of them were not permit to get more education these things Always pinch in heart like why my all friends form which some them were even more intelligent then me and if they would have been get a chance to come out of their homes and get more education and see the world might they would have Doctor, engineer, journalist or some thing else.
And In my whole career I could never forget one of my best friend of school her name was Hina I use to go her home in my school days and use to meet her mother she was so sweet and Beautiful leady s after my school Hina meet me about three years Later and I asked her about her mother but she didn’t replied and started to crying I asked her again Hina how is aunty then she tell me that she is no more in this world and she was killed by her Brother in law” I was shocked to hear and it was very painful for me to here about my favorite Aunty , time passed and we grown up, but Hina become deprived of the further studies and she got married to her cousin Because her mother was “killed by her brother in Law “ .and her Family did not allowed her for further education
O God I’m also the part this society and these all things led me to this platform where we can at least share our problems, but with the blessing of God and with support of my family I get good Education I have Completed my BBA and now Im doing my MBA program at a reputed institute, but I always wanted to do some thing for my those friends, culture and for all girls who wants to educated but because of cultural barriers their dreams couldn’t come true. and I always become a change maker for them and One day I got “WORL PLUS” where we can raise our voice. Thanks to World plus..

Dear Marvi:

You have shown us another window into the strength, compassion, and strong heart that will make such a difference to your friends, acquaintances, community...and the worldwide community of World Pulse.

How it is that femicide and killing wives and sisters in law is something that continues in this world ... amazes me. Such pain your friend must experience, plus the loss of opportunities for her. Sometimes I wonder if this anger and rage that men so often inflict is fueled by fear of our power. It sure sounds like your friend is a powerful, smart woman, and I bet her mother was, too.

Thank you very much, Marvi....again.

Role Models

And you are right that it takes positive role models to inspire the young ones to strive to be the best they can be. The women in my family were also like that, got married at 21 and 22, some even at 18 and 19 years old. Some of them had so much potential to do so much more with their lives but because of their husbands they can not do so. My nieces who are in school always point to me to say we want to become like Aunty Rumbie. I always feel so humbled to know that I inspire them so much and I always try to give them something more to look forward to. Well done to you and this is your chance to do more. Give it your best shot!

Dear Marvi, Thank you for

Dear Marvi,

Thank you for sharing your story and the story of women and girls in your community. It is obvious that you have a passion for being a change maker in your community. Given the constraints and challenges in your community, what do you think is possible? How can you make change?

Kind regards,

Rachael

Thank you!

Thank you very much for sharing. It is a harsh reality to know that education is still a barrier and not permitted to be taken advantage of by all. I wish you the very best in your continued studies and always keep sharing!

Thanks so much,

Thank you!

Dear Marvi,

Thank you so much for sharing this personal story with us. I can only try to imagine what it means living in a society that does not guarantee equal rights for women. Nevertheless, I do feel that it takes people like you, who have the will to help others and be role models, to change mentalities and show that it is possible. Now it is your chance to do even more!

I look forward to your next post!
