Suggestions - Ability to Access all the posts per Assignment
Hello dear all, I trust this finds you well and happy.
I have a suggestion, Rachel (VOF Team), Is it possible for each week's Live lessons to contained an already generated Link to all the streaming posts for that week? With this, I believe it will limit the stress in searching for friends’ posts as it will ease/ enable the readers to access all the posts submitted for that particular assignment.
I look forward to hearing what you think?
Sincerely,
Ziwoh

Great idea!
What a great idea! Thanks Zoneziwoh!
For this week and Weeks 3 and 4, I will put a link on the assignment page to the tag list page. Like you say, that way people can see all of their friend's posts, and also check to make sure they have tagged their assignment correctly!
The Week Two assignments should all show up at this page, in order of most recent to oldest: http://www.worldpulse.com/taxonomy/term/13300
If you don't see your assignment on these pages, go back and make sure you have it tagged exactly like this:
2011 VOF Week 2
Thanks for the suggestion. Keep up the great work everyone!

That sounds great. It will truely be excellent especially as of now there isnt a means to recieve notification for friends post. That will facilitate our search.

hey I don't know if i should
hey I don't know if i should be posting this here or not but I am having difficulty finding the post by our friends (excluding the assignments for different weeks). Today i was going through a post about an earthquake in kathmandu (m also from kathmandu) and was about to comment but there was power cut so it was incomplete ..later i tried to find the same post but it was all in vain...My bad that i didn't remember the writer or where is she from either...how can I overcome these issues in the days to come besides remembering the names ?? because it was on the tab pulsewire for a moment then i can not find it again...please help!!!
was it a VOF assignment?
hello dear Krita, I trust you are doing fine, despite your frustration for not been able to access the beautiful article you were reading. I understand your frustration. Things like that has happened to me several times. on some situations even, i dont remember the title of the article - which is different from you. I see you are able to recall the title. And that i think, it will be easier to trace. Now, what you need to do is go to the upper (top) right hand on your PulseWire (PW) page, you will see the search button, insert the key words like ( Kathmandu, or earthquarke in...etc) and rest assure the search will show you a collection of articles that contain those words. Again, that is where tag and tagging of article is very important. It helps the reader to trace and follow-up with the writer.
Meanwhile, in subsequent situations, if you have commented (or left a comment) on an article, and later on thought of some additional info which you wish to add to that comment (article). This one is even the most easiest bc PW has made it possible to re-trace all articles which you have commented on - as well as follow-up other comments which were left/ commented after yours. What you do in this case is to go to your profile (My profile), it will take you to your PW page, where you will see your profile pic, your bio, and directly above your profile pic, to your left you will find sub-buttons like..profile, Journals, Friends, Groups, Inbox, Edit Acc and TRACK. Now, you click on Track and there you will trace all the post that you have left a comment even including your own posts.
I do hope, my explanation helps.
If this article, which you were reading was a VOF assignment 2, you should look click on the provided by Scot on teh comment above and there you will gradually skip through the posts until you find the exact one you needed
take care -
