Web 2.0 It takes practice to listen to our voice and its echo would free the world.

At first it was difficult to overcome the language barrier, and open the doors of Word Press, but curiosity gave me the keys and find ways each day to listen to women in various parts of the world. It is an achievement, a need to know is already solved problems for other women in which we find similarities with what we hear in our slums.
It is the fastest way to low cost I am meeting to communicate with the world. To think that my parents do not read, and that my body was always marked by a woman ... Now my voice can take the letters and sound, I can send pictures without the marks of violence and this time without getting up from his chair. Just press here and hope to find answers, knowledge, strengthen my action with my community.
Working 32 years with the elderly, youth, children, families living in Rio's favelas, where violence and poverty prevails. I use music, TV, books, voice as a tool, but did not realize that New Media has been using YouTube, Facebook and participate in various networks.
The importance of neighbors in my life and other children made me enroll in a book the story of 11 people who influenced the local culture and who cared for children while their parents worked. I signed up online for the Ministry of Culture of Brazil and soon they will see their stories being recognized, and the appropriation of strengthening local identity.
Women took care of their children, suffered from the floods, domestic violence, came to old age and now how to do? The years bring sickness, loneliness, and this woman needs to welcome your family, I respect it.
I use the Official Community to make their stories be told and respected in the community, thus increasing the safety net for the elderly. I know there are elderly women around the world, how to reach them? There is no faster than the New Media. Each one of us, we hear the voice tells her pain and distribute this speech the world in search of the solution. I'm getting! At today's meeting of the Community Newspapers in the City of God, talked about Web 2.0 and I am participating in this great network, which is already changing my life and how much it will contribute to local development, and that the initial barrier to the language is no problem, there are tools for everything, just learn. Learn about communication, about health, about respect for the female body, on various subjects, and the door of Word Press and multiplied by handling various tools I need to put your mouth in the world. I am no longer alone, bring an action in community empowerment of women

True

Indeed blog sites such as wordpress and pulsewire help us put our mouths and our voices in the world. Is your book 'the story of 11 people who influenced the local culture and who cared for children while their parents worked' available in English? I would love to read it.
