University of the People - The world's first tuition-free online university... A friend passed this on to me. It's not an accredited college but looks like it would offer an opportunity to students around the world who don't have the money or means to get a similar education. The UN program offers free degrees in Business and Computer Science (Associate and Bachelor) and is open to anyone. Courses are all online.
