Heroism
My personal hero is Craig Michael Thomason. Four years ago today, September 6, 2007, he passed away. It was his 31st birthday.
He is my personal hero because he taught me to love.
He is my personal hero because he taught me to lose.
He is my personal hero because I still call on his wisdom for help whenever I have a big decision to make.
He is my personal hero because I still dedicate to him my good heart and my good friends; my good deeds and my good ideas; my good laughs and good cries; my hellos and goodbyes.
Today I honor and celebrate the memory of my personal hero! Happy Birthday, Craig!

Touching
For inner and difficult to explain reasons.. I am criying. Is liberating...
One's life has value so long as one attributes value to the life of others, by means of love, friendship, indignation and compassion

Dear Vanessa,
For me it is liberating to talk and write about ... and even celebrate grief. Thank you for your comment,
In solidarity,
