I love your philosophy about being the change you want to see in the world...I believe we all can make a difference even though it doesn't feel like that sometimes...

I lived in Beirut as a teen (1968-1972) and dream about some day returning for a visit...What is Lebanon like for women now?

I live in Portland, Oregon in the U.S. and fortunately we have lots of good Lebanese restaurants here...Baba ganoush is my favorite!

I strongly believe that we can make a difference. We think that it doesn't feel like that sometimes, because the process of change takes a lot of time... it is so long... longer than our patience :)

It is so nice to hear that you have lived in Beirut. But I am sure that it changed a lot since you left. Everything has changed except the role of women, but as I can see through Pulse Wire Lebanon is not the only country where we find gender inequality. I guess a lot of work is left to do everywhere!

I love baba ghanouj too but I prefer hommos and surely tabbouli :)
