About Me:
Am a single lady, christian who is interested in women's rights issues. I like telling stories that involves the hardships that women are encountering and how they can be solved. I am a reporter for Zodiak Broadcasting station in Malawi and i also produce magazine programmes that talks about women and children's rights issues, health, agriculture, education as well.
Am friendly, ready to learn new skills but also willing to take part in this fellowship so as to voice out women hardships and put them to an end . I believe i have a big role to play as a journalist to protect the lives, rights of millions of women across the world who are vulnerable to various abuses at the moment.
Am sure that this training will help me improve further on my work and am looking forward to be part of this fellowship.
My Passions:
Fighitng for the voiceless e.g women and children's rights to be respected.
My Challenges:
lack of resorces and support from relevant authorities to report abuses faced by women in my country eg the police, traditional leaders.
My Vision for the Future:
To see that women's rights all over the world are respected
My Areas of Expertise:
Reporting women and children's issues, documentaries, producing magazines programmes on women's rights, news reading
