Introducing myself and my journal: Open Thinking

About Me:
I am the Managing Director of The Olden Group, a PR, marketing and graphic design company, based in beautiful North Devon, UK. I set the company up almost 20 years ago because I felt I could help so many smaller businesses to market themselves better. I have two young children (aged 8 & 6). The business has been through its ups and downs in those 20 years, and the toughest times were when I was seriously ill with Ulcerative Colitis for 5 years. However, I had a mindset to overcome this horrible illness and I chose to have major surgery two years ago and am now so full of life again, it's amazing!!
I am driven by a passion to share my marketing skills and my energy for life, hence joining this group. I look forward to hearing from you.
