The War Took: Innocence
Children born in the beginning of this war are in their 20's and most have had children of their own. A whole generation has seen only death and misery. Thousands have fled their homes and in most cases their families to surrounding nations, searching for a chance at a better future.
This war is personalized. Talked about as though two neighboring families were feuding - except thousands are loosing thier lives and families in its midst. Men are trained to defend this supposed family from their neighbors - many of whom they'd grown up with. Children are poisoned, from very early age, to join their family's fight, to continue the war for power hungry, egomaniacs who know nothing about family or children or innocence.
When will we stand up and reclaim our innocence? Will this generation pass that poison to their children as well?
I, for one, refuse to accept this future. Its time to wake up and relief our selves from this filthy, heavy, dirty and foreign misery. Its time to stop running and take back our innocence. Time to create a better future for all of us - regardless of familial ties!!

how to move forward
I agree with you..many people are ignorant because of all the censorship in the media and their education...and so many people are choice to be ignorant because it is easier that way or because they don't understand the power that they hold. It is time to break such barriers....we need to raise awareness to the level that everyone knows about such terrible things that is happening and to wash away the blind ignorance with hope and empowerment for better future

Thank You
Thank you so much ladies for the encouragement. Its appalling the amount of children whom are forced to carry guns and taught that its the only way of life. If no one stands up, the cycle only repeats and that possibility is something that should terrify us all!
