An Introduction

Hi, My name is Andrea and I'm a South African Graduate student majoring in Public and Development Planning. I started studying with somewhat naive and idealistic intentions to make a change, but of late I had becoming more and more cynical as I began to understand the dynamics and challenges facing development organizations. Coming across this website was like a breath of fresh air, it is inspiring to read all your stories and the initiatives undertaken and to see all the partner organizations within this network. I joined this group with hope of learning from your stories and experiences, and in doing so, find my own way to get involved in the development process.
