Are you mindful of your purpose?

Are you procrastinating, delaying the first steps you need to take where your purpose or goals are concerned?

What excuses have you come up with that sound logical, which have almost become second nature to you?

Are you ready this week to face the truth of why you are delaying? I hope you are, for God knew of your lack and weakness before He gave you the idea or directive.

In spite of your lack, He is offering you a chance to fulfill your purpose.

Are you ready to stop delaying and to take action?

This week could be the week when you finally stop asking questions and offering excuses. I hope it is and that you have a great week!

I was led to your page by a previous comment on a different post regarding sanitary pads for girls. I thought I had a good idea what issues exist since my husband is involved with NGO's, especially working in Africa. However, I failed to think of this seemingly small thing. Obviously it is such a huge need, and I am grateful you have followed your current calling to address this issue. I pray now that your cause will be magnified, that the government will SEE, and that these girls will not have shame, but have pride in their womanhood and receive the pads they need.

Secondly, I love this post. One of the things I have come to be skilled at is helping people find their 'calling'. To develop a mission statement, followed by goals and steps to take. It takes a courageous woman to face this and begin the first step. I am reminded of that Bible story where the man had to step into the river FIRST- THEN he was provided a way.

You are so young to be so wise. You will be used greatly, I am sure. You are welcome to read my posts, especially the ones which speak to purpose, trajectory, path, etc.

Peace to you, sister-

Thanks so much for your

Thanks so much for your message! Its such a blessing to read it, i'm pretty excited to hear from you!!. I am constantly reminding myself that God has so much in store for me if only i could be brave enough to do my part then He will be with me through out all the rest.

My initiative is still progressing well, its at infant stage :) Our government will only begin supplying free sanitary pads to girls in schools in January, which is not what had initially been said, but we hope for the best. One thing about Kenya is sometimes we expect the government to bring solutions to problems that we too can do something about. Because this isn't rocket science honestly. This is one message i try to pass on to some of my friends. The pads will also only go to the public schools which leaves out a margin of smaller schools in the slums and rural areas. I am really hopeful that the initiative wil progress to make more of an impact. You can follow my blog, as i update it often with information, and the latest on our otreaches

Its such an important part of a girls life, and i prayed to God that if this was something He really wanted me to pursue that He should give me a name for the project and He told me Path to Womanhood. I am hoping to do much more with the initiative and with the girls!

Have a wonderful day and thanks so so much for your kind words!
