To all of us this month- in support of women!

Hello my Zimbabwean Comrades!

Thank you for being such an ctive group made up of powerful voices! I just poped in here to see what's happening! I know this is going to be a moth full of activism for issues affecting women (then they go down to men)! the world over. I would say issues affecting humanity. I am sure many of you had events that you physically participated in, or supported directly or indirectly. I am so anxious to hear, can't wait!

Kenya was streaming all over with activities! I know of World Pulse members who did great work with their communities as I am sure they will share. I must admit though- I was quite active, but passively. :>)

Also I would love to hear who your heroes are:
This is the point for sharing all the stories of our heroes! Please do get a little time and share.

Also I would like to request for your signatures here. This would be a great support: This is a campaign by ACORD towards stopping violence against women!

Thank you and I hope we be in continous touch!

Take care.

Love from Kenya, and in comradeship,

Hello Leah from Maura

Hello Leah,
Just thinking of you and hope you are doing well --- I enjoyed so much getting to know you and am grateful to have had the chance to travel with you in your country. I can't wait to return! Coming back to Portland was a bit of adjustment -- so much rain and cloudy weather. Thoughts of the World Pulse trip to Africa keep me warm, though. I think of you often and hope all your organizing is going well. Thank you, too, for the gift of your poetry. I can't wait to read more.
