About Me:
I'm a leading specialist on life change through thought change. My passion is helping women business owners achieve the absolute best for themselves and create the life they truly want to live. Over 20 or so years I've helped many people and more recently, over the last 2 - 3 years, I have specifically focused on women entrepreneurs who feel stuck, confused and frustrated because they know they are capable of more. Professional women who are paralised by fear of doing something different or just plain unhappy.

I work with professional women to look at the areas in their life that are just not working the way they would like, despite whatever they have tried, by Changing their thinking to Change their life.

Probably the most important discovery is the mental and spiritual principle that we become what we think about most of the time. I help women in business get greater clarity about where they are in their life right now to see exactly what they want to achieve. I help them discover hidden dreams and make them a reality; to identify what has held them back and to overcome the barriers that have got in the way of them having the life they truly want.

As a Business and Lifestyle Mentor I support women in business to take action on their new thoughts to create the most amazing life to live as they truly want.
