WorldPulse in Kenya!

When I first joined Worldpulse in 2009, I always dreamt of this moment. I could always feel her pulse even though we were oceans and races away. But hey, it happened! Through this power of connections, it happened yesterday. I saw her, I felt her, I hugged her! Kenya was turned in to a global village yesterday; white, brown, dark skins all sharing smiles, sharing space, breathing the same are and amplifying their voices together because of one woman's dream. I give it up to Jensine Larsen for dreaming and acting on the dream; so that we were all able to sit and share in the same room because of her dream.
My dear sisters, the chorus of voices that we shared yesternight is surely a force that will change the vision of this country regarding women. I was inspired; i felt stronger, braver and the vision became clearer. It is indeed true that action and change begins with an individual; thanks to the inspiration that i got yesterday from fellow pulsewire members in Kenya and the WorldPulse crew.

Yes Jade, it happened. We really missed you. We hugged face to face, something that most of us in Kenya only thought about in dream. But here they were with all the smiles and warm hugs. It was really amazing. Thanks to all of you for making this happen.
