You can do it!

Few things in the world are more powerful than a positive push. A smile. A world of optimism and hope. A "you can do it" when things are tough.--- Richard M. DeVos

Richard DeVos, Sr. (born March 4, 1926, Grand Rapids, Michigan) is an American businessman, co-founder of Amway along with Jay Van Andel (company restructured as Alticor in 2000), and owner of the Orlando Magic NBA basketball team. In 2010, Forbes magazine listed him as the 62nd wealthiest person in the United States with an estimated net worth of USD$ 4.3 billion (tied with three other people). In 2010, "Forbes" ranked him as the 176th richest person in the world with an estimated net worth of $4.5 billion.[2] (At one point, he was in the top 10 of wealthiest Americans).

2011!!!! How fast we have entered into the 5th day of the new year! I have been on a long break, with friends in town, and me falling ill the last few days. My husband is back to SG for a business trip and I am all alone at home in a foreign land. I have never have this experience before. Definitely feeling so edgy and sore about not being able to go back too. Its a decision that I have agreed that any trip below a certain no of days, we will not spend the extra $ for me to travel. Frankly, this is all because of $, we do not have the luxury for this.

2 nights has passed and I have learnt to smile. As I did it! To be able to eat alone, sleep alone and watch TV alone. For a timid me, this is something that I never thought I could do it! Its all in the mind! Sometimes you might not even realise that you have cross the barrier!

Smile and step forward as you can do it too!
