New to all this

Hello and bonjour! I'm excited to become a part of this community and to discover more ways that I can connect with women around the world and contribute to our strength and future. I currently sponsor a woman in the Congo and feel privileged to be a part of her life and of the positive changes she can now make. I would love to be able to do what I can to raise awareness and support grassroots programs. I am particularly interested in the DRC and am in the early stages of adopting a child from there...not sure if I can put up a blog link but here it is anyways... www.onechild.blogspot.com I am a teacher, storyteller and camp director and feel passionately about the care and education of children, especially of those who are otherwise marginalized. I'm debating taking a year off from teaching (all depending on the adoption time frame) so may be looking at travel and volunteer. I would like to contribute more both globally and locally...

I read about your services.

I read about your services. Your work is really Honorable. We know that the children need education, health facility and more care. The children are future makers. If they are provided their necessary needs, they will be the best person of our community’s future.
