I stood there without any clothing to cover me
I was naked the walls covered my fear.
Jeremy sat and watched me.
His face seemed to mimic the devil,
and his smile ensured me
I had no identity.
I was his possession
He owned me
This is my memory
I share it with my daughter
This was her childhood
I nursed her
Held her
She went to sleep in my arms
Her body so tiny
Her lips so small
Her innocence erased
My hands and feet were bound

Gagged me
Yelled at me

Today I am sadden
Because my daughter
