Introducing myself and my journal: ngi khatele

About Me:
I am a 31 year old woman, residing in south Africa. I have been in a relationship for the past 16 years, and have two daughters from this relationship. I please need some advice, help, or just a shoulder to cry on when the laod gets too heavy to carry. You see, my gran fulfilled that angelic role in my life, and last year she died, and with her, a big chunk of me died too. I am in an abusive relationship, in every possible way. Mentally, physically, emotionally, and most of all, spiritually.

My Passions:
my daughters, my health

My Challenges:
bettering my life position

My Vision for the Future:
happy life for me and my girls

My Areas of Expertise:

Welcome!

Dear Jenine,

Welcome to PulseWire. We are thrilled to have you as a new member in our thriving community of women who are lifting their voices in the name of empowerment and connecting across borders to make positive change for women everywhere!

I encourage you to use your journal as a place to introduce yourself, your work and your passions to the PulseWire community. Think of your journal as a blog, where you can speak your mind and reach an audience of over 7000 women and supporters of women's initiatives. Check out what others are writing about in Voices Rising. I think that you will find PulseWire to be an exciting place to garner support, make connections and share your story!

Also, please join us in our letter writing campaign to help pass the International Violence Against Women Act. Learn more: http://www.worldpulse.com/pulsewire/programs/international-violence-agai...

This is a safe space for women to share, connect, learn, support and grow in the empowerment process together.

Warm regards,
Jade
