Introducing myself and my journal: 10x10 on the scene!

About Me:
10×10 is a groundbreaking film, a global social action campaign and an extraordinary opportunity: Investing in adolescent girls in the developing world creates a ripple effect of change that transforms families, communities and entire countries for generations.

The film, directed by Academy-Award nominated director Richard Robbins, will explore these young girls lives and the barriers they confront. The action campaign will bring together NGOs, corporations and individuals who share a common commitment to the empowerment of girls and young women around the world.

The payoff is dramatic: educated girls marry later, have fewer and healthier children, and are much more likely to send their own daughters to school. Driving resources to girls is the smartest investment we can make.

Hello from World Pulse. I act

Hello from World Pulse.

I act as a World Pulse welcomer for new WP members and listener for other journal entries.

I am wondering whether you have found any World Pulse efforts that really stir you to action. You may want to introduce yourself to Olutosin Oladosu who has been very successful in empowering women with entrepreneurial education in Nigeria. She and I are very good friends through World Pulse. Here is her link https://worldpulse.com/user/1037

We'd love to hear from you again.
