Introducing myself and my journal: Late at NIght

About Me:
I have owned a marketing design company for over 33 years to help people get ideas and inventions into the marketplace. Recently I have owned my own health insurance company. I have two grown sons in their thirties that I raised by myself, put through college and now enjoy their success as young adults. I live in a canyon in the mountains of Colorado at 9000 feet and enjoy my solitude, the deer, foxes, rabbits, coyotes and bears, who all visit regularly. I have served as a volunteer in my community as a board officer for over seven different organizations that assist the physically disabled, diseased, and underfed. I have also served on boards that defined programs in the culinary arts, the girl scouts and welfare to work initiatives. After 19 years of single parenting, I finally met my new husband on the internet and we are living a happy life as equals and good friends. My goal is to continue to help people live up to their potential and change the world they live in until they find comfort and joy.

My Passions:
snow, fog, hiking, wood burning stoves, children, and my dog

My Challenges:
finding the ernergy to follow through with all of my ideas by myself.

My Vision for the Future:
to find a way to live where money is not the driving force behind every actio and where battle is not the solution to every problem

My Areas of Expertise:
marketing, graphic design, web design, writing, illustration, photography, employee counseling, ceo development

Hello from World Pulse. We'd

Hello from World Pulse.

We'd love to hear from you again.

My history closely matches what your journal has revealed about yours. I, too, sat on many non-profit boards and now enjoy my solitude while working all over the world through World Pulse. I act as a World Pulse welcomer for new WP members and listener for other journal entries.

I am wondering whether you have found any World Pulse efforts that really stir you to action? I notice that you have experience as an entrepreneur and in marketing. A wonderful Nigerian friend that I made through World Pulse has created a non-profit agency to empower women through teaching them entrepreneurial skills. There are several WP women from different parts of the world attempting to find solutions to bringing the products her women are creating to the USA. Perhaps you would be interested in joining our efforts. Here is her link https://worldpulse.com/user/1037
