Announcing the 2010 Voices of Our Future Correspondents and Runners-Up


Nearly 600 women from 87 countries applied for the second annual year of Voices of Our Future. It was difficult to select only 30, but we are pleased to announce the 2010 Voices of Our Future Correspondents below. These women have demonstrated the voice, vision and solutions oriented writing that World Pulse seeks to nurture.

To all of us, the almost 600 women from over 86 countries, today it is an important day. We want to communicate and we did. We move on. We all won. Something. Thirty will start a new path but the rest will also continue their path to help us all to the femenine pulse which might heal our planet, our species issues.

I think that everyone who

I think that everyone who participated should be congratulated. All the applicants put their hearts into their stories, and did a great job. There are no losers here. Thanks to eveyone - applicant or not - my eyes have opened even wider to the problems women face and also to some really good things in the world. I am happy to be part of this community. For all of us who did not make it, our voices can still be heard here through our stories, and there is still next year to give it another try. Good luck to all who are continuing - I wish you the best!

My dear ALL!

I would like to congratulate the selected woman in order to participate @ VOF 2010!
I believe this is a very good opportunity for all of you girls, and I will keep on suppoerting you ALL THE WAY! Please keep on informing us what happens, and what you write about! We will be waiting for your posts

As for my other sisters, I would like to tell you that do not feel bad or dissapointed. New doors will open up for us, and we should keep our eyes wide open =)
