Writing Another Page after 10 years

Just two days or shall I say one?

31st October, we are having election after ten years... 8 years of trouble, difficulties and uncertainty...
Finally the day has come! On sunday Election will take place.
It is a new page added to the story of my country. And it is an important one, Cote d'Ivoire is moving foward! It means relief for people but mostly for women!
They will be free to let their loved one go to school in some area without fear, They will be able to trade from different places, they will travel without fearing rape...

I am happy for these women, the one in Bouake, Korogho, Odiene... their children will see their teacher coming to class...,
the hospital will reopen with nurses and doctor around to give medical care... food will circulate, development will restart...

It means freedom and life is coming back...

And the most exciting is that with this new step, a woman is involved...
We still have a long way to go but step by step we will come back to normal life. And we women will be ready to witness a brighter future.

It is a new page written in bold that is starting for Cote d'Ivoire and I can't wait for sunday to come...
