Introducing myself and my journal: Connections to the World - Connections to the Universe

About Me:
I am new to Pulse Wire, and am very excited to launch into this vast universe of new learning. I will be mentoring a Voices of Our Future citizen journalist this year and can't wait to find out who she is, hear her story, and begin working with her! I will treasure this experience, and will grow from it expansively while I support my mentee on her incredible journey. We have much to learn from each other.

Welcome Cindy and gald to see you here!

I hope its me! Is this too selfish to hope that I am the one.

I know only a few will be selected and I may just miss this chance. I am not very good at competing and I always feel there is someone better than me that ought to be selected. However, this time I want badly to be selected :-) I did my best and then hope for the best.

BTW - will you still have time to comment of my post even if I am not the one :-)

I hope it is you!!

Hi Amei. You are an amazing writer, even in the most brief snippet of writing!! I love your enthusiasm. I would be happy to comment on your posts, even if you are not chosen, but let's stay positive. I am saying a prayer for you, Amei. Hugs.

With love and compassion, Cindy

I am the luckiest Mentee!

Hi Amei,

Cindy is going to be my mentor but I don't mind sharing. I feel so blessed to be under her wing, I couldn't resist! You write beautifully and your voice is too powerful. I read your journal all the time because I can relate.

Take care,

Rudzanimbilu Muthambi

I've got a mentor too...My mentor is Elaine. We are both here :-)

Thank you Cindy

Yep, I am trying to be positive :)

Thank you for the positive compliment. I always saw writing as my greatess weakness. Spelling and grammar haunts me.. he he. It is very encouraging and I feel motivated to do more writing.

I really never thought about writing as a journalist. I want to write, share and experience a wide range of activities. I was scared to express my thoughts but now I am more confident to write my thoughts and not worry how it would reflect on me.

Today, I am working on an assignment and I am not enjoying it. Yet have to get it done and submit as this is one of those units academic thinks students need and make it a core unit to complete a degree. I am taking short breaks to keep me motivated.

Thank you Cidy. Your prompt reply has given me energy to sustain my motivation in completing the assignment with a positive out look.

Hugs, Amei

Welcome Cindy, we can't just wait a minuute longer to start reading your journal and drinking from the cistern of knowledge, pls do not restrict the largesse to your mentee, there are more than fivethousand men wnd women here which you must mentor in one way or the other. We can sense the beautiful spirit that dwells in you. I cannot but commend on the Initiative of the organisers of this program, it is World cahnging, to say it is life changing would be an understatement. Thank you also for allowing yourself to be a wworld changer in a positive way. I love your enthusiasm.

Dear Cynthia,

Dear Cynthia,
I beleive God is moved when humans have the kind o compassion I see in your words. He created us all to be solutions to the difficulties of others and I see that in you.It is my prayer to be selected in this competition and to have the blessings of interacting more with great women like you. With your kind of leadership and the kind of women I see here on World Pulse the unimaginable is at hand.I pray that God will bless you with all your heart`s desires.
