Human dispositon

I have another proof that demonstrates the human disposition towards change.
The rise in the Atlantic Ocean has spread into the Lagos Lagoon and it has added to the flooding problem in Lagos state.
For over a week now, the Ikosi/Ketu, Ikorodu and some parts of Ogun state in the western part of Nigeria have been affected by massive flood which has claimed properties and has inhibited movement .

The State economy is hugely affected because of the loss of man hours and optimal delivery in the Labour force.
As an intervention and rescue efforts , the Lagos state governor, Babatunde Fashola, last Monday ordered the evacuation of the residents for safety and health reasons but the entire communities have rejected the offer, explaining that they are used to the flooding problem and they know that “water comes and water goes.”
