How I ease my tension ?
Single and working mother is a heavy task.After performing my job and reach home I need to do household chores because nobody can do that for me and since I've been involved with the womens group,I learn how to lessen or remove my tension/boredom. I usually lighted an aromatic candle or lighting the stick(forgot what is it)with a very nice smell and it was usually use by the chinese.I also meditate for at least 30 minutes,facing in the mountaneous part where I live. Drinking warm water with a bit pinch of salt in it and I remember,year 2000,when my daughter and I got sick(fever)I hardly can't eat as well as my daughter, I use franic healing which was so effective really.I put salt in water,and I heal myself first then I changed the water with the salt and after I felt better I did the next to my daughter.It is so simple and all what you need to do it is a bit of trial.There's no harm in trying.
During Saturday and Sunday,I used to tune-in the radio in a certain station wherein all the clasical music can be heard.It's so nice to hear such music because if I'm out,I often hear those noise,rock music by the band by which a lot of the generation now spend their time listening to it.We have a collection of nationalist songs which is so inspiring to hear once in a while.Sometimes,if I feel like singing,I follow to the olden songs I've heard playing in the radio.And before I left the bed in the morning,I did an exercise.Instead of riding in the tricycle when going out,I prefer to walk and if I'm not in a hurry,I walk instead of riding in a jeep.Not only I can save but it is an exercise.I also love dancing.
