My writing makes me a leader

The first challenge that everyone faces is, i think, being a woman. Each and every society is male dominated and i think it's a big problem when any woman wants to make changes. She may face troubles because in my society woman can't go outside like men do. they cannot be that bold like a man.this is the problem in fact. A woman has to maintain certain periphery because she is also afraid because her society wants her to be polite and subdued all the time.If she goes a step out of her own periphery, she has to face a lot of problem.
PulseWire is giving us the opportunity to speak up through our writing. I think this is a kind of leadership that we are letting other people know about our thoughts. Therefore, I think I can make changes through my writing. I can talk about my own problems and others problems as well. Other people can change their views reading my write ups.

A voice emerging

Dear Shaila,
It is true your writing gives you voice and makes you a leader and Yes! you can make changes through your writing. You can even do all that and still be polite too!
We can't work to change things for the better if we are not made aware of what needs to be changed.
So keep it up, keep raising your voice and keep connecting with women emerging all over the world here on Pulsewire.

Greetings Shaila

My hope for you is that through your writing and through expressing yourself, you will continue to believe in yourself. A strong sense of self can lead one in many directions and on to new opportunities. We all hope that one day all these barriers will come crashing down and equality will be the new normal.

It is a powerful thing to believe in the power of your own voice and I encourage you to keep writing and sharing your thoughts here and elsewhere.

I see kindness and strength in your eyes, such a beautiful picture of you!

Warm Regards,
