The future belongs to youth and must prove

I think this is one of the best subjects for pre-assessment that we've had since début.Le main challenge for me in my business today is to show that young people have not only talent but also the control of some areas and the ability to claim more than what is offered today.
Many obstacles exist to reach this but.Le first is that of stigma, especially vis-à-vis femmes.Toutes people or at least most still believe today that the woman must undergo a "promotion sofa "to be there or she trouve.Du So when you come to so and so to conduct an interview or make a report, it sets aside for your training emphasize your condition, that of women! Nothing more méprisant.Celà must change. The problem of formal training is in addition to this one. The only real training school in Cameroon today is recognized ESSTIC gold many of those who are from here do not necessarily apply those studied training seminars with their passion for one arme.Je believe that they understood because there is a Industrial / communication today at the University of douala.L irresponsibility of some young people do not facilitate tâche.Pendant also being constructed, while others destroy the gold as saying goes, "a rotten tooth whole mouth." And then you can never say enough, the old must give way to youth who have proven themselves.
Currently, it is more about awareness for an effective awareness among our peers and other chose.J 've created, with other young people like me, a small network of young female journalists as' the Amazons of the press "and even when we want to speak ill of youth, we always take as an example because we have proven ourselves in the rules of art and common courtesy even when absolute 'there were grounds for lifting.
Now with the discovery of the social network, I have them all invited to join but as the Internet is not yet fully embedded in our cultures and habits, so this delay does having a peu.Rome not built in a day, we will succeed.
The most important thing is not all stages in one day but take the time it takes for each step is strong and leads to a larger one.

small steps and patience

I love how you are thinking deeply about ways to get young women more involved and educated in Cameroon and to reveal their talents. This is the best way to change the "stigma" that defines them. You so clearly value each small step for what it brings. Keep up your good work!

You are a powerful voice for youth

Thank you for your story. You have powerful insights about how difficult it is for young women in your country to make positive change happen. The fact that you make it a point for your group of women journalists to be respectful despite the disrespect you've encountered is also evident of your capacity for leadership. I would love to hear a bit more about how you will use the power of PulseWire and Web 2.0 media to make positive changes.

All the best,

Thank you

It seems like your idea to start a group of women who can use the internet to voice their ideas and opinions sounds like a great one. Best of luck to you as you work for change in your community.
