Dear World Pulse
I am so much interested to talk about my challenges and finding solutions to overcome. As you can see in my profile establishment of a project for the women generation income is challenging me till now.The idea came to me after I finished Social Enterprise online training with Center for Local Development form Chaing Mai , Thailand.A French Online project trainer came to us and arranged this training. First, I tried to persuade some people for the contribution and most of them were willing to offer voluntary work but no one was interested in or able to contribute fun raising. And as a second time, I encouraged my friend to apply for the grant by an international organization here . I had already applied for the grant for the teacher training project to the same organization at that time . However both requests were rejected.

So the biggest challenge to start my community development project is the grant . One of the solutions I have in mind and going to start is to have a discussion with my organization director to find a link with some donors he has a connection. I will do it at next meeting . Another possible solution was found through World Pulse Resource Exchange when I read my resent mails from you I could give you detail plan when I do it. Or I have the idea for the suggestions request from the experts like Rhonda did.

For my mobile education project, the challenge may be an approach to discus with the employers. For this challenge our patience can be the solution and pamphlets from your organization will be able to persuade them I believe. Therefore I would like to say World Pulse become one of the sources for the better solutions to overcome the barriers of community development implementation project.,

Thank you so much for your warm reply. I also like thinking about the creativity for positive changing . Actually, our staff meeting will be held late this month postponed to last week and I haven't talked about it. I hope it will work. And I hoe to see you online again for some comments on my project plan.Today I am not feeling well enough to stay here for such long. See you soon.

Sorry for late reply .We had a meeting 2 weeks ago and I have talked to my manager about my plan and he noted it and said he would discuss about it at the core group meeting. I will let you know when something happens.
