domestic violence

I see some of my close friends suffering from domestic violence, can't name them, some have managed to deal with the situation but one is suffering badly but wants to keep the matter under veil, its worst kind of a torture, have collected some statistics in my region of instances and variations of violence in home. there is an act passed by shabby implementtaion and failure of machinery is responsible for most women failing to openly speak against the perpetrators. they need to raise their voice and stand on their own to have faith, i do councel some of the victims and give strength to fight back but first handle it like a human.
