Assignment Week One
Introduction: Life’s best things: Simplicity, Honesty, Truthfulness and Purity
Integrity-cannot be bought or sold. These words as a person or as a human being it gives the courage to speak out, voice and stand-up to love and help or assist our fellow country men and women and make remind us our political leaders and other people to honor the vows that they have made and to love one another, and to do good to others as they would like it to be done to them.
He visits those who like for bearance under: Romans: 12V21: Be not overcome of evil but overcome evil with good. Because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character and character hope. And hope does not disappoint us because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit whom he has given us. If you will battle against selfish human nature you will go forward steadily in the work of overcoming hereditary and cultivated tendencies to wrong. By patience longsuffering and forbearance you will accomplish much. Today Web 2.0 has opened up doors to women who have been marginalized and has given them a new life and a new begin and hope in that they will now be able to write, collaborate, share visions and voice the challenges that are within their communities world wide and global. The Web 2.0 and citizen journalism has given and will empower their voices to cry loud by writing the challenges they face and encounter everyday and voices about them but nothing has been done, some of these are happening within their communities and t regions and it has been just neglected and their voices were like in a deep well and not heard. The Web 2.0 will nurture women and give value to their written voices and give them the spirit to fight and overcome bearers through collaboration and working together for various similar challenges that we encounter. It has given and will offer a voice for the voiceless. This is what is exciting most.
What solutions you think Web 2.0 brings to the global women’s empowerment movement?
As human beings especial us women we are the nature’s greatest miracle. The Web 2.0 will provide us with great opportunities to interact and improve their manners and also strengthen collaboration and accelerate the exchange of work among women and this will contribute to global change and its challenges. The solution that you have Web 2.0 given to the women is that today they shall lift up their voices to help the community or the region where there are living in by making their voices heard and bring opportunities to solve the problems. It will also create opportunities to connect with other women share experience and also bring our stories’ needs and collect ideas to solve the challenge.
Web 2.0 will empower those women to be the masters of what is happening around them by making their voices to be heard through writing. It will empower women by making them contribute and take charge in becoming like a wheat grain that is planted to multiply and its bread feds everyone. When they empowered it will assist the who region and the world at large.

Tuberculosis challenges

You will fnd that it most times I will write about TB. This is a serious challenge in our country in that I wonder whether will achieve our millenium goal in 2015 like our global counterparts. We do not have resources such as simple as sputum cups. Not know how can we make are responsible ministry realize how important it is?
I will also thank you Rachel to give us a chance to write what is happening in our regions but it needs courage and bravery to write the reality of what is happening. We can be afraid and be beat about the bush afraid of being victimized if we speak out. We require a serious assistance in having the resources to increase our case detection rate and also treat. I just have an idea in how maybe can assist in providing sputum cups by requesting the community to submit used wide mouthed bottles such as vaseline bottle and be washed and autoclaved then be distributed to be used as sputum cups. I need to hear from others whether this could assist or help. I have passion for TB and I try my best to have solutions that can alleviate the sickness and provide some simple resources that will have the suspects and the patients be diagnosed.
Rachel thank I will try always to post a true story of happenings in my country so that we can have a practical solution.

Good luck with your simple,

Good luck with your simple, small solutions to big problems. the world here (industrialized america) is overcome with complexity and it is so often that the grandmother wisdom of simple solutions holds great hope for the future. My grandmother would never throw away a jar, even before "recycling" became the new good trend.

Regina, are you a health provider? Do you know the work of Dr Paul Farmer & friends, Partners in Health - their closest zone of influence to you is Lesotho - maybe they need someone on the ground in country to get started in Zimbabwe.

With hope for all that you are doing. ~Karen
