About Me:
My goal is to reach out to teenage girls and women, to open the conversation to how we view food, our bodies, and ourselves. For many years, I saw food as The Enemy, something to be avoided and feared. I suffered mentally and physically from my eating disorders. Now I have a passion for cooking, REAL food, and holistic health and well-being. I have transformed my life and health, one step at a time. I want women to know they are not alone in their struggles, and show them how food can heal us, nourish us, and essentially change our lives for the better.
