Introducing myself and my journal: Sowing The Seed

About Me:
Richard Bbaale; born on 27th December 1982, is a hardworking and
dependable business administration and management undergraduate and MBA graduate with
extensive skills, knowledge, and experience gained through academic
study, internships and community dialogue with right holders/claimers
and duty bearers at individual, household, community, government, local
government, religious, private, NGO, international and institutional level.
He is creative, enthusiastic and highly motivated small scale local
farmer; trainer of trainers with excellent communication skills and able
to contribute effectively to social development and protection for
disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, community mobilization and
empowerment, Functional Adult Literacy, and Gender main streaming.
