Pick up a copy of Geez magazine, issue 19, to read my review of the documentary, "Living Downstream". This inspiring documentary reviews a year in the life of Dr. Sandra Steingraber, an avid poet and environmental biologist. She is fighting to identify the links between enrivonmental toxins and cancer and fuel a human rights movement to protect our environment, our health and our future.

Hi there! Thanks for your comment, Carri. You can find Geez at some Chapters bookstores (I know they carry a few copies at the Eaton's centre location downtown).
The magazine is an independent Canadian magazine - completly funded by donations and subscriptions, without advertisements. I think their current readership is a few thousand.
They do have a faith based angle, with a good dose of atheism thrown in! Editorially, they have a strong focus on social justice and action.
